Return & Exchange Policy

1. Exchange Window
   
• Items can be exchanged within 3 days of receiving your order.

1. Refund Window
   
• Refunds are accepted within 1 day from the date you received your order.
2. Processing Refunds
   
• Once the returned parcel reaches our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
• Please allow 5–15 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
3. Return Postage Costs
   
• All customers are responsible for return postage costs for all refunds and/or exchanges.
